CONCEPT DESIGN

Final coordination and selection of all interior furnishings, materials, and equipment.

Preparation of a detailed cost estimate, including a full specification of interior elements and contractor quotations.

PROJECT SUPERVISION & COMPLETION

Author’s supervision, including coordination of orders and regular site visits.
